"Hey papà guarda, un vinile!"
L' installazione vuole esere una rievocazione di un noto spot pubblicitario anni '80.
Il tema attorno a cui ruota il concetto rappresentato è sicuramente la critica, che personalmente porto avanti in ogni campo artistico, nei confronti del progresso.
Penso al progresso inteso nel senso lato del termine, progresso come modo e capacità della comunità odierna di utilizzare nel peggior modo possibile le possibilità e vantaggi che lo sviluppo e la scienza delle nuove tecnologie riescono ad offrire.
Ancor di piu' la mia critica si propone nei confronti della capacità di tale atteggiamento, ormai comune, di svilire e di far perdere di vista l' efficacia, la praticità e la caratteristiche di ogni cosa sia stata utilizzata fino a qualche momento prima(giorno o anno che sia).
Il vinile ha segnato la storia.

the installation evokes a famous TV commercial 80s.
The represented concept is the criticism, which personally I carry in every artistic field, toward progress.
I think that progress is understood in the broad sense of the term, as a way to progress and capacity of the community to use today in the worst way possible opportunities and benefits that the development of science and new technologies are able to offer.
Even more, my criticism is proposed in respect of the ability of this attitude, now common, to demean and to lose sight of the practicality, efficacy and features of everything has been used up until a few moments before (day or year it is).
The vinyl has marked the history.

E' curioso notare come i colori, le forme, i tratti e la costruzione di un disegno, o meglio dire di un "segno", siano strettamente legati allo stato emotivo e all' equilibrio instabile di una persona. non vi è coerenza o filone motivatore e ispiratore comune, ma solo l' inconcepibile e soggettiva essenza degli stati d' animo.
non vi è niente di imparziale o applicabile alla vita di chiunque, tutto è soggettivo e interiore. inutile parlare o rappresentare stati d' animo generici o comunemente sentiti.
in questa serie di tele sono rappresentati i cambiamenti emotivi che maggiormente hanno caratterizzato i momenti piu' recenti della mia vita.

I think that's interesting to note how the colors, shapes, sections and construction of a drawing, or rather a "sign", are closely linked to emotional state and to unstable equilibrium of a person. there is no consistency or common thread motivator and inspiration, but only the essence of the inconceivable and subjective states of soul. There is nothing applicable to anyone's life, everything is subjective and internal. we can't speak about or represent states of mood generic or commonly heard. in this series of paintings are represented the more emotional changes that have characterized most of the moments of my recent life
